Grocery retail environments often depend on long-lived merchandising, reporting, operational, and financial workflows. My background includes experience relevant to merchandising platforms like Grocers Support Systems (GSS), Retalix HQ, and BRData; computer-generated ordering and shelf replenishment systems like Upshop / Itasca MAGIC CGO; fresh department tools like Invatron PLUM and Periscope; warehouse logistics systems like Power Enterprise; space management software like NIQ Spaceman; EDI for invoicing and ordering; and data interfacing with wholesale distributors including UNFI.
Grocery retail operations that process card payments must meet PCI DSS requirements across their systems, integrations, and infrastructure. I bring PCI awareness to integration and infrastructure work to help protect both the data and the business.

Finance and Accounting Integration
Many business systems depend on reliable interaction with finance and accounting platforms. I help with reporting, data flow, reconciliation-related needs, and integration between operational and financial systems. For environments that handle payment card data, this work includes PCI compliance awareness across the integration and infrastructure layers.
Finance departments frequently depend on Microsoft technologies including Excel, VBA automation, Access databases, SQL Server, and .NET applications. I also build banking integrations including NACHA Positive Pay, ACH automation, and bank reconciliation, as well as QuickBooks automation via QB IIF for journal entries, invoices, vendor records, and other financial data. I develop, maintain, and integrate these tools alongside IBM i and other enterprise platforms.
